Zachary - was having migraine headaches. Went to pediatrician several weeks ago and was diagnosed with Cyclic Abdominal Migraines. Was given medication to begin taken nightly. He was also prayed over at church and has been sleeping with a prayer cloth in his pillow every night.

He hasn't had another migraine in two weeks and is feeling a lot better!!! We are believing and actually seeing with our own eyes that Zachary has been healed!!!

I pray that Olga A. will find it in her heart to restore her love and trust in me and have a change of heart to love me again so as to enable us an opportunity to restore our relationship. Please help us to be back where we belong in each other’s arms. Cut out this time and distance between us and complete this Love Story with happiness into our old age. Come against all that is keeping us apart. Two people so in Love should not be kept apart. I’m asking for all to support me and Olga as I pray for the restoration of our relationship with my girlfriend with whom we recently broke up yet still love dearly. We’ve had some difficulty overcoming some issues and I need the blessing of the lord to overcome the obstacles that are preventing the both of us from experiencing the love we once knew. I can say that with her I’ve experienced the greatest love of all.

Mrs. Davis - Her daughter Amy is mixed up with bad people and doing drugs. Mrs Davis is very fearful for her daughter and her granddaughter, Emma,who is 4 1/2 yrs old. Amy is about to lose custody of Emma. Mrs. Davis has asked our church to help her pray over this situation. She doesn't want to lose her daughter Amy or her granddaughter Emma.

Just thought that I would send yall an update on myself:
On 5/5 I will have a sleep study
5/7 I will have a stress test on my heart
5/14 I return to the cardiologist
5/15 I will have a methocholine challange on my lungs
5/19 I go to the nuerologist
5/20 I return to the pulmonalogist
5/23 I go back to the family doc
As of 5/2, I went to the cardiologist on 4/29 and she stated that I have an abnormally fast heart rate of (145-160 at rest) My EKG show some type of abnormality on it and they are not sure what it is. My cholesterol is 489 and my trigycerides are to high for them to moniter...My chest pains are getting stronger and more frequent and my ability to breathe has been weakend by who know what.All the doctors seem to be able to do is say that there is something wrong but they cannot pinpoint the exact problem they just know my heart and lungs dont seem to want to work.I ask that yall pray for me, it is getting harder to make it to work everyday...I am beginning to believe that I will soon have to give up my job, I cannot keep up the hours any longer and hate to keep falling behind due to so many appointments.I am getting tired so quickly now so I know that it wont be long.

Judy - was admitted to the hospital. She has severe osteoporosis and had Kyphoplasty the end of last month on a couple of compression fractures in her spine. She never fully recovered or had any relief from that procedure and has been pretty much bed-ridden for the two weeks following. She was dehydrated, nauseated and in pain on admission (for the record..she sat in a wheelchair for 6.5 hours in the ER lobby/waiting room before even being seen). After a couple of days, an MRI showed she had three new compression fractures, so she had the Kyphoplasty done again this past Friday. While they were in there, they did a bone marrow biopsy because one of her lab values showed protein in her blood which could be an indicator of myeloma (myeloma causes osteoprosis). Her family received a couple of good reports over the weekend..her skull fractures were clean and there is no protein in her urine. Yesterday, they were told by a hemotologist/oncologist that her biopsy does show myeloma.

Judy's daughter, Terri, & family - This has been such a long week and everyone is just emotionally and physically drained. Please pray for continued comfort and peace during this difficult time!!!

Billy K - problems with feet. He has 1 toe that is in bad shape. He is taking antibiotics.

Kayla R - female problems, had surgery Thursday morning. Pray for a speedy and complete recovery.

Christy M and John H - remember them as they are approaching their wedding date. Everything to go smooth and without any fear!

"MamaSmurf" - battling cancer. Has abruptly stopped blogging (which is not like her!) and friends are worried about her. Please pray for her health and the health of her family!

Wally S - previously diagnosed with colon cancer. Began chemo last week and drs also discovered cancer was in the liver. Was told a couple of days ago that he only has a 5 - 10% chance for recover. Please pray for COMPLETE recovery regardless of diagnosis given!

Jessica - miscarried this past week. Was almost 8 wks along. Devastated!!! Please pray for comfort and peace during this time.

Angela (me) - left ear has been hurting / dr said there's fluid behind ear drum. Please pray this clears up soon and doesn't get any worse. ANSWERED!!! :-)

Prayer request for 6 year old Kate Stephens

This is an appeal for urgent, sincere prayer for a successful recoveryof the health of 6 year old Kate Stephens. Kate's dad Willie is a fulltime paramedic at Stephens County (Georgia) EMS. He also works part time at Hart County EMS. Her mother's name is Wendy, and she has a brother named Jake that is about 6 years older than she is.

Recently Kate had been complaining about severe headaches. Her parents had been taking her for tests to try and diagnose the reason. This week,while her school was on spring break, her family took a little trip toAsheville, NC.

On Wednesday, April 2, while on a trip to The Biltmore House, Kate began to have seizures. She was flown to Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville, where the doctors tried to get the seizures to halt. The seizures continued for at least 16 straight hours. After being placed in the ICU, she had to be put on a ventilator, and a central line was put in for the administration of medicines and fluids. A spinal tap was performed on her which did not reveal any pathology that would cause the seizure activity. A CT of the brain showed an increase of fluid on the brain, and the cause of this is not known yet. She is also being continuously monitored by EEG (this shows electrical activity of the brain). At this time, it is unknown if she is going to suffer from any neurological deficits as a result of a lack of oxygen during the seizures.

As you can imagine, this child's family is devastated. As the saying goes, "they just don't come any better than them". Willie is a brilliant paramedic who has made a career of administering emergency medical help to whoever may need him, wherever he is. He adores his little girl, as well as taking a great interest in Jake's athletics. He is dedicated to his wife and family. Wendy holds the fort down while Willie works those dreaded 24 hour shifts. Jake is hurting and is full of worry about his little sister.

Kate's birthday is in 2 weeks. God is still in the miracle business. Just because modern medicine doesn't know what is wrong with her, that doesn't mean that she can't make a full recovery. We could not even begin to imagine what miracles God can do on behalf of this young life.

Could every single person with the ability of just even breathing, whisper a prayer for Kate? Let people all over pull together on behalf of this loving family. Pray that the world would just be amazed by the miracles that this child will receive. Pray that her family's strength can be renewed just knowing that Kate is in the warm cup of God's hand. Pray that Kate's healing can be a phenomenal testimony to believers and non-believers alike.

Alicia - prayer was requested over a month ago concerning trying to get pregnant and believing baby was already on the way... she is now 5 weeks pregnant!!! PRAISE GOD!!!

Since becoming pregnant, she has had a lot of cramping and a lot of pressure. She went to the ER last night and the dr says that everything seems to be ok. She is scheduled for ultrasound later this morning.

Please pray that everything is great and that this will be an easy pregnancy without any complications as well as a very easy delivery!!!

Also, I had a dr's appt today and my blood pressure was up a bit (probably due to nerves), but I was also feeling very faint while at the dr office. ANSWERED!!! :-)

McKenzie M (2nd grader)- having test ran to find out what is wrong. Her face is swollen and the doctors think she may have MRSA.

Tisha Banville (19 years old)- born with hiv virus which turned to aids and was given 6 months to live. A few days ago the family was given some bad news. Test that had been ran showed that she only has about 2 weeks to live. They have to come up with a little over $3,000 to finish paying for funeral cost. They thought that they had longer to pay this amount until a few days ago. Patricia's mom and dad passed away when she was 1 or 2 years old and her younger sister (wasn't born with the virus) and her was adopted by her mother's sister who had to quit work to take care of Patricia. Her uncle is drawing unemployment right now. The past two days Patricia has refused the feeding tube. Passed away April 25. Please cont to pray for family!

Mariah - has been in a horrible car accident. Some guy pulled out in front of her and didn't see her. She tried to swerve out of the way but her brakes locked and wrapped her around a tree . All the airbeds in the car deployed. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance and there is great concern about her legs. She is in training as an Olympic Swimmer!

Terri Sue - cousin-in-law, MaryAnn, was found dead in her home. She was in her forties. They think she had a heart attack.She leaves Terri Sue's cousin, Jimmie and their son, Spencer. Spencer is 17 and has down-syndrome. The family is in shock right now.Terri Sue's mom was very close to them but is unable to go to the family because Terri Sue's stepdad is in the hospital. They live quite a distance away also and are not able to go either.Please pray for her family!!!Dorothy H - In hospice house

Margaret C- In the hospital, congestive heart failure.

Glenda C- Needs healing in finances.

Ansleigh - 16- yr old who died in a car wreck. Please pray for her family!!!

Jenny - feels like there are not enough hours in the day and that there are constant demands pulling her 12 different directions. She is overwhelmed and stressed. Please pray as she tries to sort all this out and run on God's schedule not man's.
Lil Larry - struggling with sickness for weeks. He has been on three sets of antibiotics and is still coughing! He had pneumonia last year and they are believing that he will not have to go through that again.
Renee & Betty - two cousins who were both diagnosed within two days of each other, one with colon polyps and the other with a Breast Lump. Both came back positive.

(UPDATED: Renee had a lumpectomy today and she is doing well. Back home... will know in a week what the next step will be.)

Tiffany - having bad migraines. The doctor has found a mass behind one of her eyes. She is out of state right now to take an exam - she wants to be a nurse. Please pray that she will feel well enough to be able to take the exam and pass it on Friday.

Austin - 11-year-old boy who is in critical condition after church bus ran off the road and crashed Wednesday night. There are also three other people who were badly hurt. (UPDATED: Sadly, Austin died on Sunday, 1/27. At least we know he is in heaven and because of this, we are sure that he is completely healed!!!)

Angela (me) - I will continue to lose weight w/ no more setbacks until I reach my ultimate goal. :-)

Unnamed - is heartbroken, girlfriend left him for another guy... they have a 1-yr old baby together. Praying for reconciliation. Also this person has a drug problem (already overdosed once) and is currently being investigated by police.

(UPDATED: Renee had a lumpectomy today and she is doing well. Back home... will know in a week what the next step will be.)

Please be in URGENT prayer for Lil Larry. He has been struggling with sickness for weeks. He has been on three sets of antibiotics and is still coughing! He had pneumonia last year and they are believing that he will not have to go through that again.

Also, please be in prayer for Stacey and her family. They have just lost a very much loved grandmother!!!

Terri Sue - Her family received news tonight that her cousin-in-law, MaryAnn, was found dead in her home. She was in her forties. They think she had a heart attack.
She leaves Terri Sue's cousin, Jimmie and their son, Spencer. Spencer is 17 and has down-syndrome. The family is in shock right now.
Terri Sue's mom was very close to them but is unable to go to the family because Terri Sue's stepdad is in the hospital. They live quite a distance away also and are not able to go either.
Please pray for her family!!!

Dorothy H - In hospice house

Margaret C- In the hospital, congestive heart failure.

Glenda C- Needs healing in finances.

Ansleigh - 16- yr old who died in a car wreck. Please pray for her family!!!

Jenny - feels like there are not enough hours in the day and that there are constant demands pulling her 12 different directions. She is overwhelmed and stressed. Please pray as she tries to sort all this out and run on God's schedule not man's.

Karen - continue to pray for pregnancy- tests on Monday, plans are to induce on Tuesday. Also, cover husband's job situation. (UPDATED 1/29/07 - Plans are to induce next week. Mom and baby are doing fine!!!) ANSWERED!!! :-)

Bev - husband's grandmother died.

Thomassene (my aunt) - please continue to cover her in prayer. She is still having a lot of trouble with her back. (Updated 4/27/08 - Recently diagnosed with shingles. Please cont to pray for complete healing!!!)

Vickie - please pray for her cat, Chubby. He is very sick and dr says he probably needs a liver transplant, which they don't do for cats. Praying for a complete recovery! Chubby passed away Jan 28.

Mary - please pray that oldest two sons, hubby, coach, and curling team members get to their Curling competition safely and have a uneventful trip. ( That is 5 hours away). Dakota - Doctors thought his kidneys may be failing, but all tests came back normal!!! (He is still having some discomfort so please continue praying for this little guy. I'll update as soon as I receive the praise report!!!)

Dominick (Tiany's son) - Tiany posted that he is fine... and so is she! :-) The dentist looked at previous xrays taken at an earlier visit and said that those teeth were already getting loose and he wasn't surprised they had come out.

Jayne - brother dropped dead the Monday after Thanksgiving. Jayne has since has had some heart tests done and she did not pass her stress test. On Monday, she is going to have a heart cath. done to see what is going on. Please remember her family. This is a very close family. She has 1 daughter and a granddaughter that is soon to be 2 yrs. old. Jayne is in her 40's. ANSWERED!!!

Karen - Pregant and because of pregnancy history doctors want to do procedure to check baby's lung maturity in 3 weeks. If lungs are developed and matured, they want to induce labor. If baby's lungs aren't mature, they want to give shot for the baby's lungs and induce 48 hours later. Also having stress tests done this week. Please pray that husband will be allowed time off work to be with her during tests. Please pray, too, that her parents will be able to be there when she is induced. ANSWERED!!! :-)

Alicia - God healed her sides miraculously!!! Was hurting very bad when going to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night and could literally feel the hand of God inside her body "fixing" everything. Hasn't had any more pain or problems since then!!!

Angela (me) - God has taken care of my family issues.

Pappy's family and friends - Prayer was requested for Pappy several weeks and although the Lord did allow him to live beyond what doctors expected, Pappy died on Christmas Day. Please remember those he left behind.

Billy's family and friends - Prayer was requested for him several weeks ago... he also died Christmas Day. Please remember those he left behind as well.

Christy - sick ANSWERED!!! :-)

Angela (me) - that I would lose the extra weight I gained over Christmas (see my weight loss blog!) . ANSWERED!!! :-)

I am also having some major family issues... God knows what they are. ANSWERED!!! :-)

Dakota - one year old - doctors think that his kidneys may be failing. Not sure what is wrong with him. ANSWERED!!! :-)

Mikel - my 3 yr old nephew - has strep throat. Please pray for him and also that his 3 brothers won't catch it. ANSWERED!!! :-)

Danny - 29 yrs old - he had back surgery and his wife has had to take off work because he can not do anything for himself yet. Please be in prayer for this young man that he has a complete healing and recovery from this surgery. He is in alot of pain.

Betty - lump in throat... drs think it's a swollen gland.

Pastor Scott (my pastor) - Sore throat, has dr appts today ANSWERED!!! :-)
